Guests scroll your photos in order, and most decide within the first few. This planner builds a suggested sequence from what you actually have and who you host: lead with your strongest image, answer the questions guests ask first, and save details for later. Move any photo up or down, then copy the plan as a shot list for your photographer or as a checklist when you reorder photos in your listing.
Tick the photos you have, choose your hero feature and guest type.
The planner starts from a sequence that answers guest questions in the order they usually come up: Why this place? Where will we hang out? Where will we sleep? Can we cook? Where do we shower? Then it adjusts:
Photos you don’t have are left out. Nothing is uploaded; the plan is just a list.
Photo 1 does the heavy lifting. It’s the image shown in search, so it should match your title and the main reason to book.
Keep the first five tight. Many guests decide after a handful of images. Save the coffee station and the bookshelf for later.
Airbnb also groups photos by room in its photo tour, so label rooms accurately. More on this in our guide to Airbnb photo order.
A cabin with a hot tub, hosting mostly couples, gets: 1. Hot tub hero shot, 2. Primary bedroom, 3. Main living area, 4. Outdoor space, 5. Kitchen, then other bedrooms, bathrooms, details and arrival photos.
Check length, truncation, capitalization and clutter against Airbnb’s title guidance.
