Thrive Hosts (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides remote co-hosting and short-term rental operations support. This policy explains what personal information we collect through thrivehosts.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit our booking form or email us, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, number of properties, main listing platform, a link to your listing and your message. We also receive basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which our web host and security tools process to keep the site running safely.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a property review call, assess whether our service is a fit, send relevant follow-up about your enquiry, and keep the website secure and working. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our website host, email provider and form and security tools, and only as needed. If you become a client, we handle listing and guest information under the written agreement we sign with you. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Platform access
We never ask for your Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo password. Where a platform supports it, you can grant us access through its official co-host or team-access feature and remove it at any time.
Cookies and third-party services
Our site uses essential cookies and caching to work properly. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email contact.thrivehosts@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no online transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for property owners and businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.
