If your listing isn’t getting enough bookings, the fix depends on where guests drop off. Enter search impressions, listing views and bookings for the same period, usually from your Airbnb host dashboard or PMS. The calculator shows click-through and booking conversion so you can tell a visibility or first-impression problem from a listing-page or price problem, and what an improvement would be worth.
Use one period, such as the last 30 days.
If your target is below your current rate, the calculator keeps your current rate. Platforms count impressions and views slightly differently, so only compare numbers from the same source.
Low click-through points at what guests see in search: the first photo, title, nightly price and rating. Try the title checker and the photo order planner.
Good click-through but few bookings points at the listing page or the total price at checkout: unclear photos, missing amenities, strict rules, cleaning fees or a calendar that doesn’t fit the dates guests want.
There’s no universal “good” conversion rate. Seasonality, lead time and your market all move it, so track the trend.
12,000 impressions, 360 views and 6 bookings give a 3.00% click-through rate and a 1.67% view-to-booking rate. Reaching 3.5% and 2% would mean about 8.4 bookings instead of 6, roughly 2.4 more, worth about $1,248 at $520 per booking.
Airbnb’s host dashboard includes performance insights with search impressions, listing views and booking conversion for your listings, and many PMS tools report similar numbers. Use the same source and date range for all three.
