A public review reply is written for the next guest, not the last one. Pick the type of review, add what the guest liked, what went wrong and what you’ve changed, and the builder drafts a short, specific reply you can edit before posting. It works for Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and Google reviews. It uses fixed writing rules, not AI, so nothing you type leaves your browser.
Keep details factual. Don’t include anything private about the guest or their booking.
The builder picks an opening, a middle and a close based on the review type and tone, then fills in your details. Each review type follows a different structure:
Nothing is sent anywhere. Edit the draft directly in the box before copying it.
Write for future guests. Most people reading your reply are deciding whether to book. Calm and specific reassures them. Defensive or long reads badly, even when you’re right.
Keep private details out. Don’t mention the guest’s surname, messages, refunds, damage claims or anything from their booking.
Say what changed only if it did. If you haven’t fixed something yet, leave that field blank instead of promising. If you think a review breaks the platform’s review policy, use the platform’s own reporting process rather than your public reply.
For a mixed review that praised the view but mentioned early street noise, the warm draft reads: “Thank you for the honest review, Sam. We’re glad you enjoyed the view and the quiet street, and we’re sorry the street noise early in the morning took the shine off your stay. Since then we’ve added heavier curtains and a white-noise machine in the main bedroom. Thanks for helping us improve.”
For positive reviews, two or three sentences is plenty. For negative ones, aim for a short paragraph: acknowledge, explain what changed, close politely. Long replies tend to look defensive.
Replying to most reviews, especially critical ones, shows future guests that someone is paying attention. Positive replies can be short. Avoid pasting the same text under every review.
No. It uses fixed sentence templates and your inputs. You get a predictable draft that you should still read and adjust.
Write a fast, clear reply when a guest reports a problem mid-stay.

Drafts are a starting point. Check them against each platform’s current review and content policies before posting.
