Thrive Hosts provides remote short-term rental co-hosting and operations support. Information on this website is a general description. The scope, fees and responsibilities for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement with you, which prevails over this website if they differ.

We do not guarantee bookings, occupancy, revenue or review ratings. These depend on factors such as location, season, pricing, property condition, reviews and market demand. Case studies and examples show individual past outcomes and are not promises of future results.
Your responsibilities
Property owners remain responsible for their listings, accounts, local licences and legal compliance, safety, insurance, taxes and for the physical condition and maintenance of the property. Physical cleaning, inspections and repairs are carried out by local providers appointed by the owner.
Accounts and platform access
You keep ownership of your platform accounts. We access them only through the official features the platforms provide and only for the agreed services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit false or unlawful information.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this site belong to Thrive Hosts or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and other platform names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
